Where is a dunce cap when you need it

Well now that I resolved a issue that pretty much occupied me all last night and today I can finally get back to my daily blogging. That of course includes checking out Pro Football Talk for what is going on and low and behold there in the in the Sunday night one liners there was a comment by Chris Brown of BuffaloBills.com.

After reading the source of Brown’s comment the one thing that came to mind is where is a dunce cap when you need it?

Brown wrote that it is hard for him to see the Bills taking a wide receiver at third overall since the wide receiver position is arguably one of the deepest on the roster. The comment was based on a mock draft by Draft Insiders Digest who predicted the Bills taking wide receiver A.J. Green at third overall.

What makes the mock draft absolutely ridiculous is that it has the Bills passing on defensive lineman Nick Fairley for Green. Talk about what the #@*!, but that one takes the cake.

Why would the Bills pass on a player that could have an immediate impact on a team that was the worst run defense in the National Football League in 2010.

Lets face it if the Bills did that not only would Bills fans protest outside Ralph Wilson Stadium they probably go in there take owner Ralph Wilson and the rest of the front office, put all of them in a barrel and throw them over Niagara Falls.

In the end, if you are going to do a mock draft at least do a little homework on the team and what their needs are.
