It was looking like for a while that the Buffalo Bills may be without their top two running backs for the regular season opener.
However, the Bills got a dose of good news today.
According to WGR 550, Bills running back Marshawn Lynch returned to practice today and may even play in the preseason finale against the Detroit Lions on Thursday.
Lynch playing on Thursday would be huge as it would give fellow Bills running back CJ Spiller a much deserved rest and would allow him to get caught up on things with his offensive teammates.
However, the big question is now who will be the starter come Thursday?
Spiller has shown why the Bills took him ninth overall as he is a rare difference maker and has shown the ability of greatness already as he is giving defenses nightmares already.
In the end, Spiller and Lynch will give the Bills a tough to handle one two punch come the regular season opener against the Miami Dolphins.
