Advice for TO Start Catching the Football
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Terrell Owens has so far been pathetic catching 18 passes for 242 yards and one touchdown.
The fact of the matter is Owens just needs to start catching the balls he is thrown.
When Owens met with the media on Thursday Owens stated that he was frustrated and doesn’t know what else to do, but continue working hard.
Well the fact of the matter is that Owens in the first half of last Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers Owens dropped two balls that ultimately were drive killers.
Yes, Owens is not being thrown to as much, but if Owens is not doing his part to help get first downs then attempts his way will be down as well.
Owens also went on to state that a goal of his is to have better stats than Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Roy Williams as Williams was the reason that Owens got cut.
The thing is that if Owens keeps dropping so many footballs then Bills quarterbacks are going to start looking to throw the football somewhere else.
In the end if Owens doesn’t get his act together not only will Williams have better stats, but Owens will lose millions next year as nobody will want to pay a washed up wide receiver that turns 36 in December.
