NFLPA Better Take NoticeThe National Football League for a while now has been a money making machine.
However, that is not going to last forever, which the National Football League Players Association should start realizing.
The evidence came in the form of Sunday night’s ratings as according to the USA Today as the Arizona Cardinals at New York Giants football game was out viewed by the Major League Baseball’ Los Angeles Angels at New York Yankees game as the NFL drew a 10.4 while the MLB drew a 11.4.
Yeah it is the post season for the MLB, but it is a clear sign that NFL owners won’t always have an endless pocket.
What is hurting the owners is having to build new stadiums or making major renovations to stay in the Superbowl rotation like the Miami Dolphins are going to have to do to Land Shark Stadium.
In the end if the NFLPA isn’t messing around this time they are going to find themselves locked out.
