He is right, because communication is key between offensive lineman.
When offensive lineman are constantly rotated they lose that feeling of how and when a teammate communicates.
Everybody is different and some people are slower at picking up things while some are faster.
In the end they need to stop the nonsense and stick with five guys, because the little things do matter.
