The Kansas City Chief were once a dangerous offensive team that competed with the Denver Broncos for the AFC West division title.
With Chiefs head coach Todd Haley demoting Dedric Ward from wide receivers coach it is only more clear that winning isn’t coming anytime soon.
Haley right before the start od the regular season fired offensive coordinator Chan Gailey.
It is understandable as Haley comes from the Bill Parcells tree as he first started out under Parcells in Dallas.
To Haley perfection is everyrhing and if you are not striving for it you will be shown the door.
It will take a while for the players to buy into it as this kind of teaching is stunning and envokes anger at first.
In the end when the shock wears off players will see the benefits of this type of teaching, and that is wjen the wins will come.
