Changing Quarterbacks Won’t Solve Anything

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers benched quarterback Byron Leftwich in favor Josh Johnson.
The fact of the matter is that the change will not solve anything for the Buccaneers.
The problem with the Buccaneers is that new offensive coordinator Greg Olsen installed all new plays when he took over.
Its okay to make a change right before the season, but you have to use the plays that were already installed like the Buffalo Bills did.
In the end when the players get the new plays down the offense will then show progress.
