Indianapolis Colts tight end Dallas Clark returned to practice Tuesday after suffering a minor concussion.

As a person who suffered from many minor concussions, and now suffers from depression, Clark should be very worried about the ramifications of them.

It has been proven by the Sports Legacy Institute that after three noted concussions National Football League players are at risk for anxiety, depression, and what is called by the institute as Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy. After years of going untreated for my rage due to anxiety I learned that all those dizzy spells that I had in my high school year of football were really minor concussions.

Thanks to them I realized that is what has caused my depression and anxiety all these years.According to IndyFootballReport.com, Clark has had multiple concussions in seven seasons.

With Clark continuing to play you can bet that he will sustain another concussion down the line.

With this revelation Clark needs to really think long and hard about what is more important his life after football or playing football?

In the end every concussion that Clark sufferes from here on out brings him closer to possibly developing CTE after football.
