Buffalo Bills fans can breath a sigh of relief as Bills COO Russ Brandon told ESPN that they will not trade up and take the best player on their board at the 11th spot.  WOO HOO!!! Considering that they have a 90 percent chance of the pick being a Pro Bowler that is great news.
