The Philadelphia Eagles filled the voids on their coaching staff. The most noteable is former Eagle quarterback Doug Pederson is now the offensive assistant/ quality control coach. Head coach Andy Reid stated that Pederson played a big role in mentoring quarterback Donovan McNabb when he was a rookie and most likely will do the same to backup second year man Kevin Kolb.
