Bills vs Colts commentary
The Buffalo Bills came away with a victory in their preseason game against the Indianapolis Colts. However, the reality is that the Bills lost.
Bills fans were left hanging on the edge of their seats as Langston Walker was hurt in the second quarter, which turned out to be only a bruise. The injury shows why the Bills are losers.
No, matter what you think about the contract situation between the Bills and Peters there is one thing that you cannot deny. The Bills are one serious injury away to Langston Walker for their season to get flushed down the tubes.
The Bills will most likely have to use a tight end and a running back to chip the defensive end that current starting right tackle Kirk Chambers will be blocking.
Lets face it though the Bills are in a tough division, and two of the Bills AFC East rivals are defensive minded head coaches, which are the New York Jets Eric Mangini and New England Patriots Bill Belichick. Which means that they will draw up ways to exploit Chambers being the starting right tackle.
Both starting units for the Bills look to be coming together, and appear to be solid right now. However, everything could be undone, because of one stubborn owner.
A stubborn owner that cost us one of the best general managers in the league in Bill Polian, and possibly our franchise left tackle that Bills fans have been dreaming of, since Will Wolford left in the early 1990s.
Do not doubt it Bills fans, and I will call it first. If the Bills do not start negotiating with Peters right now, and suspend him under team conduct detrimental to the team, he will ask for a trade out of town.
If that happens you only have one person to blame for that, and that is uncle Ralph.
