Titans are getting to greedy
The Tennessee Titans have had enough of Adam “Pacman” Jones, and his off field antics. However, they are getting to greedy in trade talks with the Dallas Cowboys.
Jones is still suspended after National Football League commisioner Roger Goodell suspended him for failing to reveal an incident with authorities to the Titans. Goodell will make a decision to lift the suspension, or not, before training camps begin. According to Pro Football Talk.com the feeling is from some team officials is that Jones is suspended for life.
Even with knowing that Jones might not take a single snap in 2008 the Titans still have asked for a fourth round pick in this years draft, and a addition choice in 2009 Also, there are disagreements on wether the Cowboys would reimburse some bonus money owed to the Titans.
Okay, that is a good one Titans. Now, do us all a favor by putting down the crack pipe, and slowly step away.
Even if Jones does not do another thing in his life he still deserves a lifetime ban from the NFL. He has done so much damage to the NFL to even warrant to allow a team to take a risk on the player. If another league wants to take a risk then so be it.
The fact of the matter is that the Titans should be grateful, and accept whatever the offer is from the Cowboys. Jones is not going to be back for a long time, and teams will not give more than a seventh for Jones, and if a team does trade more than that they are complete idiots.
