Have the Redskins learned their lesson
The Washington Redskins virtually every year are up against the salary cap, and every year they find ways to create room to go on a shopping spree. Well this year they found a way to get under the cap, but are not going after free agents.
The only news to come out of the Washington Redskins is the resigning ofquarterback Todd Collins. That should be music to their ears.
The only thing that Redskins fans should hope to hear is the signing of their own free agents, and draft picks down the road.
With only the chirping of crickets at Redskins head quarters one can only assume that owner Dan Snyder has learned his lesson. That lesson being you bulid winning teams through the draft, and not in free agency.
If this lesson has truly been learned then Redskins fans can be hopeful that a Super Bowl is once again only a short drive down the road.
In the end it looks like the NFC East will be the toughest division next year.
