The New York Jets made a splash when iot comes to coaching.  That splash being the hiring of Bills Callahan to be a assistant head coach/ offense.

Callahan was the coach of the Oakland Raiders when they went to the Super Bowl.  Also, he had one of the top offenses in the league at that time.

The hiring is a good move, especially with how bad the offense was. Callahan will bring a breath of fresh air to the team.

Also, with his repuation it will be no surprise if Thomas Jones beomes a work horse for te team, and bring ths running game back to glory.
