Titans have a dilemma

The Tennessee Titans are starting to come under a lot of scrutin, thanks in part to one of its own players.  No matter who is telling the truth the Titans have one big mess.

Last week on WFAN Titans backup quarterback Kerry Collins said that head coaches Tony Dungy and Jeff Fisher had a deal in place for their season finale.

If Collins is right then the story will make the whole Mike Vick story look like nothing.  On the other hand if Fisher is right, then Collins comes off looking like a loose cannon that they need to get rid of.

My guess is that they both had a deal in place  Teams do not just give up no matter if they are in the playoffs or not.  The Bills of the early 90’s always had starters resting for the season finale, but that still did not mean they wanted to win the game.

As Mike Florio stated on his site about this anything can happen, especially in football.  Considering what has gone on with special teams then why not make the Titans kick a field goal.

In the end the Titans gained, while the Browns lost.
