Juaron the joke
With a quaterack controversy swirling, and consuming the Buffalo Bills head coach Dick Juaron could have killed it. His comments in his press conference wednesday were far from that, and just could have alienated his players.
Dick Juaron stated that quarterback Trent Edwards will be teh starter for the game Baltimore Ravens, and thus leaving the door open for JP Losman’s return.
That is not good news to the players, and inparticular to Lee Evans. Evans stated that wednesday that who ever the coach decides he needs to stick with the rest of the season.
The team may be young, but many of the teams core players were here for the 2005 season where head coach Mike Mularkey kept pulling quarterback JP Losman in and out of the starting lineup.
Many fans, including myself, are sick and tired of the whole quarterback controversy. This is the third time that we are having to live through it in the past decade.
The fans of the Bills are not dumb either, and realize that running the ball, stopping the run, and a top notch quarterback will get them back to the playoffs, which has seem like forever to Bills fans.
The palyers on the team have every right to demand that one of them start the whole year. That is the only way that they will build chemistry, and a winning team.
The thing is that Juaron too input from all of his coaching staff, the general manager Marv Levy, and the owner Ralph Wilson. He did not listen to his players, which could have lost them as well.
Players, eventhough they are not executing well right now, know what the hell is wrong with their football team, and what it will take for them to win. Right now they believe that is JP Losman, however, they can get behind Edwards if he was named starter for the year.
All Juaron did this past wednesday is lose his players. They know that if Edwards fail then JP Losman will be thrown back into the starting role, and thus screw up their timing.
Good work Dick you just may have cost yourself a coaching job, again Go you stink as a coach.
